Registration & Purchase Policy

By registering for the Hybrid Challenge, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Refund & Weather Policy

• Rain or Shine: The event will take place regardless of weather conditions.

• No Refunds: All purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: injury, scheduling conflicts, or inclement weather.

2. Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may choose one of the following options:

• Person-to-Person: You may transfer your registration to another individual.

• Event-to-Event: You may transfer your credit to a future scheduled Hybrid Challenge event.

• Deadline: All transfer requests must be submitted at least 2 days prior to the event date.

3. Liability & Participation

• Participants must meet all age and safety requirements at the time of the event.

• The organizers reserve the right to alter the course or challenge format to ensure participant safety.
